Fabián Bertero is a leading figure in tango with a vast national and international career as a violinist, composer, director, and arranger. His career encompasses the creation and direction of various groups, including the "Bertero Big Band Tango," "Lunfarda Orquesta Típica," "Típica Urbana," and the duo "Bertero – Pereiro," and he currently has 12 of his own recordings.

Artistic Versatility
Bertero has conducted and performed as a guest soloist with numerous symphony orchestras in Cuba, Chile, and Argentina, and has collaborated as a violinist with iconic figures such as Roberto Goyeneche, Libertad Lamarque, and Luis Miguel. As an arranger and music producer, he has collaborated with artists such as Chico Novarro, Sandra Luna, Hugo Marcel, and violinist Shlomo Mintz. His music is performed in the most prestigious venues and festivals worldwide, from Tokyo and Paris to Buenos Aires.
Pedagogical Role and Compositions
In addition to his performing work, he is the coordinator and a professor of the Argentine Popular Music program at the M. De Falla Higher Conservatory. As a composer, he has premiered a concerto for bandoneon and orchestra, a musical comedy, and more than 40 popular works.
